Custom Orders
- I do not accept cancellations.
- All handmade and custom items are non-refundable
- Custom orders may take 1 to 5 weeks to complete depending on their complexity. In the event that your order is next on the list, I will send you an email informing you that it is being worked on.
- Custom orders are taken in the order they are submitted.
- Work begins after payment is made in advance. You will receive an invoice via email or text if payment is not made I will not start your custom order.
